The palate is further enriched with hints of vanilla and cherry, culminating in a robust finish of black coffee and oak.

History: This spirit stands as one of the most iconic and sought-after bottles in the Stagg collection. Bottled at a potent 138.7 proof, it is aged for a minimum of 15 years, drawn straight from the barrel, uncut, and unfiltered. As part of Buffalo Trace Distillery's "Antique Collection," these rare bourbons are released annually but remain highly elusive. This bourbon honors the legacy of George T. Stagg, a visionary who significantly impacted the distillery landscape since purchasing his first distillery in 1878. The barrels for this release were filled in the spring of 2007, selected from those matured in Warehouse K.
