Official tasting notes

Nose: Apples and pears with lemon citrus and vanilla custard.

Palate: Lemon custard tart drizzled with sweet honey and sprinkled with warming cinnamon.

Finish: The lemon fades and spices come out to join sweet notes for a long finish.

Colour: Natural colour, light straw or chardonnay. Oily in the glass.

Nose: Vanilla sponge cake sprinkled with icing sugar and served with apple compote and vanilla cream.

Palate: Full mouthfeel, rich and viscous. Sweet candied fruits and jellies. Lemon citrus with vanilla and a little oak.

Finish: Medium length. More lemons fade into sweetness and then a very gentle residual warmth.
