1792 Sweet Wheat Straight Bourbon is the sweetest of them all crafted with sweet wheat. This bourbon is a premium, carefully crafted bourbon in central Kentucky. It is known for its rich heritage and bourbon making tradition. The nose on this one resembles notes of tropical fruity cocktails, mingled with a nice sweetness filled with a rich white oak lingering taste. On the palate, you'll notice mild hints a tropical harmony of bananas, mango, and cantaloupe. The finish is sweet and tropical. 

History
1792 Sweet Wheat Straight Bourbon was crafted in a distillery built next to Thomas Moore Spring, back in 1879. There are two natural springs on the property that have limestone that filters the water. Limestone filters out the iron and adds calcium to our water. Making it perfect for creating bourbon. After we’ve taken our corn, rye, and barley, cooked it, fermented, and distilled it. The product comes up to still and then gets put into barrels. The tail box in the distillation process is essentially a show box that allows you to see what’s coming out and taste the whiskey before they put it in a barrel made from copper. There are several types of 1792 whiskey.
